Boss Slime is one of the Bosses in Slay the Spire that can be encountered at the end of the Exordium.
Gameplay[]
Passive: Split - When its HP is at 50% or lower any action is interrupted, then it will use its next action to split into 1 Spike Slime (L) and 1 Acid Slime (L) with the Boss Slime's current HP.

Always cycles in the order of Goop Spray -> Preparing -> Slam.
Strategy[]
- Exercise foresight when considering an attack that would cause Slime Boss to split. It may be better to hold out until next turn if you do not currently have full energy.
- As with any enemy with split, single-target damage dealt to slime boss beyond the 50% threshold is effectively AOE damage.
- Attempting to block the damage of Slime Crush rather than rushing to deal damage may benefit decks with many powers or with scaling effects such as Kunai or Demon Form
